The present General Conditions of Sale govern the relationship between, on the one hand, Mr Dominique VAYSSE - 72 rue de Saintes - 16000 ANGOULEME, micro-enterprise declared under the SIRET number 312 581 648 00051 and registered at the R.C.S of Angoulême under the number 312581648, representing the online shop www.savonbienetre.fr, and on the other hand, the person who makes a visit or a purchase on the website www.savonbienetre.fr hereafter referred to as the "Customer. The parties agree that orders placed with www.savonbienetre.fr are governed exclusively by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, to the exclusion of all others. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions assumes that the Customer is of legal age and has the legal capacity to contract.
These general conditions of sale are applicable to sales contracts concluded online via the site www. savonbienetre.fr and its consumer customers.
In accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code on the conclusion of online contracts, the contract will be concluded when you click on the button allowing you to confirm your order, after having viewed the details of it, and in particular its total price, and having had the opportunity to correct any errors. Before concluding a contract with us, you must read the T&Cs and accept them by clicking on the corresponding box in the order process. The contracts on our website (your order data and the GTC valid on the day of your order) are stored in your customer area. You can access them once you are logged in on the website.
The language proposed for the conclusion of the contract is French.
Our prices are indicated in Euros according to the French tax system and the prices are net. As Savon Bien Être is a micro enterprise, the VAT is not applicable and not recoverable (Art. 293 B of the CGI). All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in Euros. Prices can be changed at any time by www.savonbienetre .fr, the prices displayed are valid only on the day of the order and do not have effect for the future. Delivery costs are not included in the prices displayed on our site before the customer login. Any additional costs that may be incurred are indicated before the contract is concluded. We only deliver within the European Union.
Before the conclusion of the order, you have the possibility to view the order and to make changes to it. The validation of the order will be considered as the conclusion of the sale, in accordance with the terms of article L111-1 of the consumer code. The Internet customer knows all the characteristics of his order, this one is worth full and whole acceptance following its validation(order with obligation of payment).
Several possibilities are offered to you to make the payment of your order. Either by secure payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) via the Payplug platform, or by bank transfer (the order will be sent once we have received your transfer). The order must be paid in full. A paid invoice containing the items in the order will be sent to the email address provided by the customer for the billing address. The customer's bank details are encrypted and transmitted to Payplug, a service specialising in the processing of online financial exchanges, in a secure manner (SSL) without www.savonbienetre.fr or third parties being able to access them. In case of online payment, the amount of the order is debited from the customer's account at the same time as the payment is validated. For all orders, an invoice will be included in the package. Please note that the delivery of the goods will take place after receipt of your payment by our services.
The transfer of ownership will take place after full payment of the price.
The transfer of risk of deterioration or loss of the goods will take place upon receipt of the goods delivered.
The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer when placing the order. Delivery costs are charged in addition to the prices indicated on the site. For France, DOM-TOM, the European Community, the World, the port charged will be in relation to the weight of the package shipped. Our parcels are sent via GLS, La Poste by Colissimo, Chronopost or by collection from relay points. They can be collected directly from Savon Bien Être depending on the customer's wishes (72 rue de Saintes - 16000 ANGOULEME). Savon Bien Être does not deliver to other countries than those mentioned. The exact amount of the delivery costs is indicated in the order process. www. savonbienetre.fr endeavours to ensure the dispatch of orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment. The shipping costs are offered from 49 euros of purchase by GLS home delivery (24-48 h), GLS delivery in Mondial Relay point (24-48 h) or some other withdrawal points. The company is not responsible for late deliveries and this will not give rise to penalties for late delivery, nor to damages or cancellation by the Customer of his order, whatever the cause. Moreover, in the event of a product shortage, Savon Bien Être will send you an e-mail to find out your choice: you wish to wait for the missing products or you wish to have another product that is as close as possible to the one you ordered. All deliveries outside of France are systematically processed by express service, according to the postal rates in effect on the day the order is placed, at the customer's expense. The average delivery time after the order has been sent is 48 hours.
Packages returned to the sender for incomplete or erroneous address, time of custody exceeded, non demonstration after several notices or passage of the deliverer: return costs at the expense of the recipient.
You have a withdrawal period of 14 days upon receipt of your package. After this period, you accept the contents. In case of exchange or refund, the customer must inform Savon Bien Être beforehand by message via his "My account" space online on the site, or by the contact page of the site. The products must be in their original packaging and accompanied by the invoice and the withdrawal form.

The return costs are exclusively at your charge. The exercise of the right of withdrawal gives rise to a refund of the sums paid at the time of the order, as soon as possible and at the latest 14 days from the date on which you exercised this right. The reimbursement can be made by direct reimbursement via Payplug or Paypal.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
- Products whose packaging is damaged and/or missing.
- Products that have been opened.
The legal guarantee intervenes under the conditions provided by the law. The rights referred to in articles L.211-4, L.211-5, L.211-12 of the Consumer Code and articles 1641 and 1648 paragraph 1 of the Civil Code apply.
